They say style is the man, but in his case, he is style itself. The namesake, the master of funk-driven techno, founder of the Hardgroove label and creator of the genre as we know it — Ben Sims returns to the main hall of the Kassa Boat.

Among the Technokunst artists selected on the principle of tradition and progression, Ben holds a special place. His admirable work ethic and unwavering commitment to his sound have made him a true role model for all of us. After a few years’ break, we’re proud to welcome him back as one of our annual resident guests, and he always repays the crowd’s anticipation with explosive sets that leave our audience more than satisfied. No feet will stay dry on the dancefloor.

The evening’s 3-hour Sims mixshow will be warmed up by Isu and closed by Dorka, while in the small room Mode and Valens will deliver a micro set all night long.
