Minimus Audio Night returns to Kassa Boat on July 11

While the daytime heatwave will be in full force, the night promises a welcome cool-down by the Danube. We’ll be providing the soundtrack in the air-conditioned Panorama Hall, delivering heavy subs and hard-edged breaks throughout the night.

This edition comes with a few special surprises.

Alongside the usual Minimus crew, we’ll be joined by a very special guest arriving from Stockholm. Hologroove began his production career in Hungary more than 20 years ago and is widely respected for his deep understanding of sound. Originally trained as an acoustic engineer at BME, pristine audio quality has become one of his trademarks.

His dark, deep and futuristic productions have caught the attention of scene heavyweights including Trace (DSCI4), Ant TC1 (Dispatch Recordings and Metalheadz), and DJ Ink (Architecture), all of whom have regularly supported his music. Expect to hear tracks from his upcoming DSCI4 EP alongside a selection of unreleased dubs, making this a particularly exciting set for those looking for fresh and exclusive material.

Another highlight of the night will see Vida L and Longman presenting a special vinyl-only selection curated exclusively for the event. The set will revisit some of the defining tracks of the late 1990s and early 2000s, with a focus on dark rollers and early neurofunk.

Visual duties throughout the night will be handled by the Minimus Visual team (Official Classic and Rumli), completing the full audiovisual experience.
